Atlas Gunworks EOS v3
The EOS v3 began as a steel-frame variant of the popular Ares 4.25 for owners who value durability over low weight, and Atlas now calls it the pinnacle of modern carry engineering. It is the one current model Atlas explicitly lists with a steel frame, and it pairs a 4.25-inch ported bull barrel with a 13 lb recoil spring, the stiffest in the lineup.
Despite the steel frame it weighs just 34.78 oz empty thanks to the shorter carry grip, and it ships with two 120mm and one 126mm magazine instead of the longer competition mags. It carries the full v3 Perfect Zero feature set: Vermont-machined billet slide, v3 optics plate, Glock-style front sight and patent-pending angled grip bushings. TFB covered the EOS at SHOT Show 2024.
Cajun Gun And Gear is the only authorized Atlas Gunworks dealer in Louisiana. EOS v3 pistols in stock are listed below; call 337.999.0373 to order a configuration we do not have on hand.

Atlas Gunworks EOS v3 FAQ
Is the EOS v3 the only steel-frame Atlas?
It is the only current model whose Atlas spec sheet calls out a steel frame; grip-module material on other models varies by build.
How much does the EOS v3 weigh?
34.78 oz without a magazine.
Why does the EOS v3 come with 120mm magazines?
Its carry-length grip takes shorter 120mm mags; Atlas includes two 120mm and one 126mm Classic magazine.
What is the difference between the EOS v3 and the Ares?
The Ares was an aluminum-frame carry/duty pistol that Atlas has retired; the EOS is its steel-frame descendant with a ported 4.25-inch barrel.
